Nothing can surpass the beauty of nature. No man-made wonders can equate to its unique, magnificent , picturesque, grand beauty. One can only behold it in awe and wonder and enjoy the experience at that very moment. The unequal proportion, unique designs , its location, is really a great wonder to the One who made it all for us to see, appreciate, and to take care of it for the next generation.
Is there anyone who doesn't appreciate the beauty of nature? How do you preserve it?

Hey, you posted a picture of Kayangan Lake in Coron! I had the fortune to go to Coron on vacation last year and the place was so majestic I seriously considered living there! I only started taking trips recently and I haven't been to many places, but I am one who truly appreciates the beauty of nature so I count myself lucky for being born in the Philippines. My boyfriend and I have promised to take monthly trips and our next destination is Wawa Dam in Montalban, Rizal. I'm sure we'll have a great time swimming in the Wawa River and climbing up the gigantic rocks there.

Yes, it's always good to visit places here in our country so that we will not be strangers in our native land. It is always fun and exciting to go to places that we never have been. I hope to visit that place too in the one of my visits to Luzon. For the mean time, I will try to explore the ones here in Mindanao and later in Visayas or whichever will have the opportunity to visit first. :-0 enjoy and have fun in your trips.

Great! In which part of Mindanao are you in? One of the top destinations in my list is Dapitan, since I'm quite a Jose Rizal enthusiast and Dakak beach is awesome.

I'm presently here in Cagayan de Oro. That's in Zamboanga. I haven't been there but I think I just have to go there later because of some reasons of prudence in going in that side at this time.
Why not try the Dahilayan Adventure Park and the white water rafting here in CDo and Manolo Fortich? and the canyoneering/cliffhanging in the falls here in one of the adventure parks here in the city itself.

yes no one can made that beautiful nature except GOD and of course GOD do that to us, but unfortunately we did not respect that we raped the mother nature in terms of illegal logging, throwing trash anywhere, pollution, smoking and i am happy that there are organization that their advocacy are planting trees so i applaud in that doing of that organization i think we can joined them to help the mother earth, or if you don't want to join just simply don't throw trash anywhere or any related to that so even a little way we help our mother nature to be clean and green as like as the old times.

I sympathize with your sentiments ralphs. As a matter of fact, since I had the seminar on social teachings where environmental protection and p[reservation was one of the major topics discussed, I became an environmentalist. when I was still in the academe 2 years ago, I taught environmental health since my line of specialization is the medical field.I also have started to be more conscious of the things I'm using. I see to it that what I am using will not be an added burden to the escalating garbage problem in the country. Through my lectures, I was able to awaken the awareness of my students the effects of unmindful use of materials and materials that can add up to the garbage problem. So as their personal commitment, they made a pact that they will campaign for zero waste management at the household level. I think that's already a big step towards the realization of the protecting and preserving our mother earth, right? So if they can do it, it is also possible for everybody.
as of now, I am following up a group of young people and we adopted a barangay where we can have the rehabilitation of the forest. this weekend we are going to have a tree planting. The first of the 6 series .
With this consciousness, and if everyone will do her/his share in the preservation of our mother earth, we will not be far from reaching our goal to have a green mother nature in the future.
Do your share. Small things done when combined altogether will become big.

Nature indeed is a wonder to behold and anybody who is appreciative of beauty will definitely be caught by it's grandeur. God is truly wise and He is truly All-knowing as He knows what our hearts would appreciate in this world. Nature is one of God's gift to us and we are tasked to protect it.

Amen to that 'tasked to to protect ' . We are supposed to be the stewards of God's creation. A steward who protects from harm, preserves its beauty and conserves to have enough in the future but the opposite happened in past decades. What we are having now,the global warming and its effects , are the results of man's misuse and abuse of these natural resources. We have been given the faculty to think what is right and wrong , good and bad, but this faculty was clouded with longing of having more than what we ought to have. Now we are experiencing the wrath of natures' revenge. I just hope that we are not too late to curb the effects of global warming on us or at least to slow down by the different environmental programs to protect and preserve our mother nature .. so that one day , the next generation can still enjoy the grandeur and magnificent beauty of nature, God's creation.

Nature is our friend and could be also our worst enemy if we do not treat them right. In my years of existence here on earth, I haven't known a single soul who does enjoy the beauty and the bounty of nature. In my small way, I now see to it that all my payments are in paperless system. Doing so, i am contributing to the cause of saving our tress.

Very true Edna. Nature is our friend ,comfort and security because they were created to serve us just that. They are meant to be treated well so that a symbiotic and a commensal relationship will exist among us. Nowadays, there have been efforts from government , non-government , people's organizations worldwide just to preserve and to conserve our environment/ mother nature because of the harshness we experienced. But are we going to experience all these natural calamities like typhoons, earthquakes, tsunamis, tornadoes to be awakened of our responsibility to protect, preserve and conserve our nature?
Congratulations for doing your own share in the conservation of our trees through your paperless system.
Perhaps if everybody will do their own share in the preservation , conservation and protection of our natural resources, with a unified effort according to one's capacity, we still can bequeath to next generations a beautiful and wonderful place to live in.

I do my best in trying to preserve the beauty of nature by being kind to the environment. I use less plastic, i dispose my garbage properly and follow the correct segregation. I know this is not enough because i still use the comfort of air conditioner, television, computer, cellphone, etc and all of these are actually harmful to the environment. Although these products claim to be more environment friendly as it used to, it still couldn't do away with contributing to the destruction of our environment. So i'm one of those people guilty of destroying our environment but i really do appreciate the beauty of nature.

That is a good move to preserve the beauty of nature. Conscientious act of preserving is already a big leap towards the betterment of the global efforts of conserving and protecting our natural resources. Simple acts mean a lot and it can create a greater impact if there is a unified effort to do it consciously. Whether we like it or not, we contribute to the wastes in our environment. Waste generation start in our own household. We can't avoid it because we use products that produce wastes. We have been hooked in using them out of necessity though we can have the option .:-) If everybody in our respective houses are conscious of it, i think it would be easier to curb the massive wastes that are generated everyday. In doing these, maybe we still can enjoy the bounty and beauty of nature as we reach the sunset of our lives and to be enjoyed by the next generation.

Nature has its own way of providing us comfort and security. we just have to take care of it. The cool breeze in summer, the beauty of the sunrise and sunset, the snow-capped mountains, the lush green vegetation and many more, are nature's way of giving us joy and contentment.

Yes dear! You are right no man-made wonders can ever surpass the beauty of nature. I believe the beauty of nature is the very evidence of the majesty, glory and greatness of God, the Creator. I believe God made them really beautiful for us to realize that there really is a great God who created them all. I don't really know if there could be people who do not appreciate the beauty of nature. If there could be then they are missing one of the best gifts God has been offering us for free.
