Are you earning less from page views on articles in almost all writing sites?

Ever since google changes, I hav noticed through various forums and site discussions that writers ae complaining that their earnings are becoming lesser. I myself write though not much and my earnings are near nil since last August. Please tell me how to improve the situation.

Health articles or article on games are good. Pets are also long term good articles. You do need the right keywords though I have seen articles with one keyword that was not even related to the article. Might help you to learn SEO techniques.

Keywords, how you title the webpage, the site that you are writing on itself, the quality of the article, the readability of the article, how well the page or site is promoted.. Each of these things will effect earnings. Writing a poem and slapping it on Triond, for example, will attract little attention.
Writing about a current news topic will gain attention temporarily.
Writing about something factual that will never change will continue to get readers.
