Can't sleep when youre are really sleepy

I always experience this thing. There are really times when im very sleepy but when i lay in my bed, i cant even go to sleep and took hours awake.

I never experienced that. Actually when im sleepy i really fall asleep even if i don't want to and it takes time to wake me up depending on how aggressive the person that is waking me up. Im harder to wake up when im on bed than when on the sofa or chair.
