Recently got custody of my son

I am a 34 year old male. I have been fighting my ex for 3 years, basically since the birth of my son, for his well being. She is an addict and very unstable. Recently I had to fly 1000 miles away from my home to retrieve him from foster care. I was elated that I had located him finally as I had been searching for him for a year. He now lives with me and I obtained legal custody of him. My parenting goes back 12 years. I have 3 boys ages 11,9 and 3. The 3 year old lives with me. The other kids mother is great and we have a wonderful friendship. This single parent gig is pretty trying though. Now that the legal battle is over (Which was without a shot being fired from his mom. She has vanished as a matter of fact), we face a score of other challenges. Medical, speech therapy (he was neglected badly) and other things. Also, not many men are single parents so I find myself in a womans world per say. I do not mind as I have always gotten along with women better. Tis due to my caring nature and understanding. I really just wanted to share this and see if there are any other men who are single parents? Would love to share tips and other information. Thanks for reading.
