How will you measure personal success in your life? Can you say you are successful because you just land to a good job? or travelled a lot? or saved a lot of money from your earnings? or just happy with your current situation? Would be glad to hear your side.. :))))

Hi Jomarie,
An individual can claim success for any of the reasons that you cited, as long that was their goal.
Personally I measure my success on a daily basis. For example, I am a freelance writer, and I wrote an article for a tough assignment today. The requester actually rejected several previous articles. Well he approved mine, and wrote a nice comment about me as well. So I felt I was successful with that task. Then he requested that I write 3 more articles for him, which is further testament that he liked my composition, so I felt even more success. I completed the remaining articles in a few hours, and he accepted them all. More success.
I guess I would say I don't ever want to be so concerned with a long term goal that I fail to notice all of the important little things along the way.
