Best Cardio Exercise

What is the best cardio exercise? I was thinking about swimming, threadmill, biking and jogging. Reason is I play table tennis twice a week and I easily run out of gas with all those arm swings, footworks and hip movements

For me, I think that walking is the thing that helps me to lose weight the most at the moment. I have tried running in the past but I just get tired within a couple of minutes, and I actually think that I would burn more fat by walking for a couple of hours and just not getting quite as tired as I would if I'd been running instead. So I tend to go out around my town and just walk for hours on end because it is easier to do so than it is to run. I have lost over 4 stone in the past year and I am very proud of that and certainly hope to lose a lot more in the year to come.
