Will I be able to receive money to my paypal account if I don't have a PAN card?

Hello ravi,
Paypal make the new rules according to the RBI guidelines and asking to fulfill the details of PAN Card, Purpose Code. We have to add a bank to the paypal so that paypal will transfer the money to bank without any manual process.
Earlier there were no restrictions and I used to get money into Pyapal and withdraw money without my PAN card. Now it is compulsory and I have added the PAN card details.
It is easy to get the PAN card so apply today itself. Please make sure that when you apply for the PAN card the name should be similar in your paypal account and PAN card.

Dear sweet friend
Nice information provided here and thanks for it because I not know the rule of RBI. Recently I heard automatic transfer the money from paypal to bank account is also a RBI rule.

Ravi, you can not get money if you dont have PAN card because its paypal and Rbi guidelines .
