Who have seen the new iPhone 4S ?

Who have seen the iPhone 4S ? I want to say that a lot of people was dissapointed because didn't appear the long awaited iPhone 5. I don't think that iPhone 5 will appear this year. I like iPhone, but in this wide world are many companies that make smart phones. Sorry for my bad english.

I have an IPHONE 4. It says I can update mine to IPHONE 5. So it will be cheaper for me to update the OS rather than buying a new one. I am excited though about how soon they will start the offer. And I am also concerned about the cost of upgrading. IPHONE are good that is why it is pricey. But you get what you paid for anyway so cost doesn't matter.

Even maybe a lot of people were disappointed, in fact, as far as I know, the sales of iPhone 4s are greater than the sales of iPhone (http://news.yahoo.com/iphone-4s-sets-sales-record-apple-171243648.html).
And, nope, I haven't seen iPhone 4S directly yet. I was just seeing it from picture.. 
Android-based phones are more popular among us (me and my friends) than iPhone though..
