Please learn English in the correct way

For a long time it seemed to me that my life will begin,the real life of learning e English on mylot.But there was always some obstacle in the way,in which the most important one is that there were so many people useing the wrong grammar.I don't mean to look down on anyone ,but what I want to say is that everyone in mylot should try there best learning English.So,don't spend time earning money only.The most important target is not money,but English.

LOL. I think we just have to understand that not all the people using mylot is fluent in English. Well as long as you understand what you are typing then it is fine for me. Anyway, were not in school anymore. So just be patient with other members. Sometime they will eventually learn English well.

I see that you mean well. You would like the people here to improve on their English by reminding them that proper grammar is as equally important as practice. However, some people might find it offensive. We need to give them some slack---everybody makes mistakes, even native speakers. I am sure you will feel offended if I correct errors I found in your sentences. romscabs is right, we should be patient because we are in this community with people from all over the world.

Oh,you are very kind and patient.I agree with you about the patient.But how a person learn English well without using correct grammar?They will be used of typing in their own way.They may mix the wrong with the correct.

I respond to discussions in spite of bad grammar if I understand the question and the topic interests me. As a teacher of English as a second language I have an encouraging attitude. I believe the people who come here and post do not make grammar errors intentionally. They are here to practice, right? Joining mylot and participating in discussions is in itself a way of learning English the right way---by practicing.

I joined Mylot because i want to express myself and at the same time improving my English. I don't think mylotters would check their grammar maybe some but more on expressing their opinions. But i think through this discussion, you will serve as an open mind for the others and serve as motivation. Lets enjoy being Mylotter.
