I did it!!!

I was watching this video on You Tube that on e of my husbands friend said for me to watch so I could learn how to cook some Mexican Food and mind you the whole video was in Spanish language, which I really should know by now since my husband is from Mexico but It has been hard for me to learn but I can understand some of it but any way I made Gorditas for the first time ever and they turned out so yummy!!! He said I made them just right and he was happy for once. he he he he L.O.L.

Youtube has a lot of information on cooking which I like to watch too. I hope to learn some of the foreign cuisines from youtube. I am happy to know that you have successful produce something that your hubby is delighted. Keep watching and you will soon be a good cook.

New Recipe - cooking something new
Yes Youtube has been really useful in a number of things. I do also got to know how to cook many recipes through the tutorial videos there. It's admirable that you were able to make it though you don't speak Spanish. At least your little knowledge of this language helped you through and you seem to have been really delighted with the result. So what can I say but keep watching, keep learning and keep cooking!!!

You were successful in his eyes for once. Way to go. I took Spanish for 2 years and spent 3 months in Zaragosa, Spain and I can speak very little Spanish. I will say the locals liked me because I did my best to speak their language. They would even help me because I was trying unlike my peers. Best Wishes!
