Eggs for health

I am thinking that lots of teenagers have a confusion about Eggs....ie,Half boiled or full boiled eggs is good for increasing Muscle mass,in that which one is good for gaining muscles... how much should be taken minimum for bodybuilding.....

but now i heard a newthing is yelloww of a boiled egg helps to rduce cholestrol really. everybdy says that yellow part of egg is not good for cholestrol people. but a doctor from kerala proof that yellow is good for cholestrol and the main thing is regular use of yellow egg till 15days will help to reduce cholestrol

Eggs are very good for you and you can eat an egg every day and be ok. In England its National Egg Week. I'm going ot be cooking eggs in cheese sauce for tea tomorrow night. My children always have egg sandwiches once a week and we always have a boiled egg one day at the weekend for breakfast.
