I am skipping my breakfast !!!!

Now a days, i waking up very late in the morning. In hurry i am not taking my breakfast most often. I dont know how far it is going to affect my health !!!

If you are eating other balanced meals I can't see where skipping breakfast would affect your overall health. However, if you are running out the door and have a great deal of ongoing stress, somehow I find that skipping breakfast would ware you down even more. Our bodies are like vehicles where we can push it so far before it runs out of fuel. So the lack of energy as least for me makes me very irritable and warned out.

Try to wake up just 10 minutes early than what time you are waking right now.Dont miss your breakfast as it is the most important meal of the day.It is a starter.Our metabolism is at top in the morning which keep you going whole day. just go for some fresh juice or raw fruit or even a raw sandwich can be picked on the way to work.. change as soon as possible

I don't generally eat breakfast. I'm not generally hungry for breakfast. By the time I get hungry, it's time for lunch or something. So, that's why I don't generally eat breakfast. Although sometimes I may eat breakfast.

It's a proven fact that when you skip breakfast you tend to eat a larger amount of food at lunch. Not saying that you do. So grab something you can take on the go if you dont have time to cook. Like some fruit. Thats what I do.

Hi Vasumathi, happy to see you from chennai. i am also living in chennai. Accept my friend request and we can be in more touch with each other. As like you, i also don't eat in the mornings. I just drink a glass of milk in the mornings and i eat in the afternoon only. For a long time this has been in practice and it became usual for me not to eat in mornings. So, in mornings i don't feel hungry also. One more thing i want to tell you, you will earn money in mylot only if reply to post of the discussions started by you.

I get up around lunch time everyday and my breakfast is lunch. Its been for a lot of years now and I actually feel better than the time I used to have breakfast in the morning :D You should think about it like this... skiping breaskfast wont affect you in a bad way but good long sleep will affect you in a good way :D
