Crying is alright in its own way.
However you will have to stop sooner or later, and then you still have to decide what to do.

You are right. We all encounter a moment of not knowing what to do, and we all encounter such moment of confusion and lost. We may getting scared at the moment, and start to cry, but after that moment, we have to beef up ourselves, and find a way to get through it. Thanks for it.

hmm for me crying has become soothing and comforting at times. whenever i have cried especially if i feel bad, it helps me keep my anger off the chest. often times i feel better after crying. unlike if i would hold back my tears, i would often feel that i am going to have a headache, my throat would hurt as much as well... i don't like it and if the pain or hurt is too much, i find it hard to hold back!

I am not so comfortable with crying but I do feel crying is alright. But if someone cries too much, I think people start assuming that person to be weak. Anyway what we have to do is wipe those tears and move on.

I think that crying alright. Theres actually a chemical that can cause you insane amounts of stress, phsyically and emotionally if you dont cry every once in a while. It's called cortisol. If it stays in your body too long, it can have deadly affects. So if your feeling sad, or you just want a good cry, know that its okay. Its healthy. People who refuse to cry, are weak, because there the ones who are scared of emotion, but hun, trust me, its natural
