The Cost Of Checking Your Health Kind Of High?

Let me start from the beginning. Since I don't have a doctor, no insurance and not a lot of money to spend at the moment because I'm struggling with paying bills at the moment, I was a little distressed with going to a clinic to get my blood pressure test for the military. Now, the reason for going to a clinic is because when I got my blood pressure checked, it was high. I don't have a history of high blood pressure, I consume little salt and eat pretty well for a broke person, and I exercise six days out of the week. Last time I got my blood pressure check which was a couple of years ago, it was 117/78. However, I had to get this done with three consecutive days. That's fine and dandy if there is a place that will do this for a much cheaper price or free of charge. However, there is no such luxury. I have to pay 59 dollars per visit at the minute clinic to get my blood pressure checked. That isn't terrible if you have the money for it, but it's a huge sacrifice if you don't. In my case, I don't. So now I'm wondering, how am I going to do this and with my nervousness around doctors which is known as the White Coat Syndrome/Hypertension, I don't want to spend money if I know I'm going to get nervous again and mess up my results. So I'm hoping to find a way around this without spending too much money with this. But seriously, $59 just to get my blood pressure checked? That is really steep, especially with a lack of funds. What do you all think? Do you think this is a bit much?
