Why you want to do the yoga if you are doing house hold work means that is also good for you because body moving is necessary. If we are not feel laziness means not only sleeps but if do the work then no problem in pregnancy.

Prenatal yoga will be very helpful for delivering a baby. Prenatal yoga can help bring back flexibility and comfort to the groups of muscles and bone structures in the front and back of the hips. It helps to relax the body and take your mind from the pain & strain. For more information visit http://www.ataia-yoga.ch/prenatal-yoga/?lang=en

In pregnancy yoga is a gentle exercise that can make your body more subtle, give you breathing techniques and make your mind stronger. Therefore it will assist you when you are in labor. There are prenatal exercise groups and yoga sessions in which you should tell your instructor you are 6 months pregnant. Maybe you could have a natural and active birthing experience. Good luck in the rest of your pregnancy.

There are a lot of pre-natal exercises which you can do which can be beneficial for you. You can ask your doctor for recommendation on which kind of exercise is best for you.
