i need help with huawei pulse mini (android)

guys i bought huawei pulse mini a week ago but i didn't like the official rom cuz it was verry slow so i decided to install another rom in the begining i could not get into the recovery mode /fast boot , then i installed rom manger and it created clockwork... then i was able to enter the recovery mode and install a new rom after a while this rom became so crazy so i decided to get back to my old rom now when i try to get in the recovery mode i turn off the device and i hold the green buton of call and the volume up button to get in the recovery mode but all what i get is a black screen !!! :( i also tried to recover the last update so i copied the dload file to my sd card and turned off the device while holding the end call button + volume button down , i and get nothing , just the logo (huawei) freez on the screen and nothing happening guys please i need ur help , thanks
