are you in favor of death penalty?

heinous crimes are always headlines on the front pages of our newspapers, big news in our tvnews program..from rape to murder, kidnapping, massacre, drug crimes and many other..news wont be complete without them..in the philippines the more than 60 people including media men were massacred in maguindanao, and those who were tag with this crime could not have even a small guilt on their cruelty and disregard of others life..war also in mindanao are documented with horible videos showing man's cruelty by unmercifully beheading captive opponent..lately the philippines was shocked again with the killing of a college student given grace cevanico who was raped and murdered brutally..in the other place a group massacred a whole family and the one who survived the horror just pretend to be dead thats why she survived...such a perilous days! who will not be worry for this development..as for my own opinion this issue of considering death penalty should also be our concern though it's not what others say the solution to solve or mitigate crimes..what is your opinion about this, will you favor death penalty for these heinous crimes?
