@rojarfranklin, This world is made of diversity which is an essential fact of universe. By the same token, every human being is unique & therefore we are bound to find differences across the globe. We don't have to become them. However, we may adopt any positive attributes that exist in every community, individual or habitation. We must at the same time not lose our identity. Hope it is OK.

I don't think it's necessary to change ourselves for e sake of other people or when we r with other people. It's important to b comfortable with who we r, and so we won't feel e need to change ourselves for e sake of other people (or when we r with other people).
