Can we eat chocolates during pregancy???

I read some article today in which dark chocolates are good for health when we eat in limit. But my doubt is can we eat chocolates during pregnancy as we avoid lots of junk food during pregnancy??? I like chocolates very much. Can i have one of them daily??? Guide me friends.. Thank you in advance...

yes we can but do no go beyond the limits....well in place of dark chocolates you should have normal (light) chocolates......well chocolates will boost your body with many essential nutrients .......by the way are you pregnant ?????if yes then have a great time ahead.....have balanced and careful life ........my best wishes are with you and the baby.....:-)

Yes,you can always eat chocolate during pregnancy.
but,not too much.
I love eating chocolates when I am pregnant too.
Choose the one with nuts it's good source of protein.

I would not say that it's okei to eat chocolate during pregnancy because I'm not really sure. but when I was pregnant, I love chocolates. I crave for it. I even ask my husband to buy me chocolate cakes at least everyday and I'm not really a chocoholic before. But that time when I got pregnant. I became a chocolate addict. My baby came out fine in the end. My chocolate cravings did not affect him in any way. but he loves chocolate too.

A little chocolate will not harm your baby.It may have benefits because it contains nutrients like iron and magnesium.However, too much chocolates may cause miscarriage especially on the first trimester because of it's caffeine content.

Dark chocolate can boost your immune system, it has anti toxins in it too. The Gold Rule to food is moderation. Its fine your have a small portion of chocolate a day if its the good kind of chocolate, not the kind filled with wax and other junk. Now eating a pound of chocolate isn't good for you.
In our household we have morning chocolate, a small peice of chocolate in the morning. Dark chocolate is good for you!
