I thank the Lord for the healthy body that I have...however I also feel sick and tired for being unemployed in a foreign land. It is not easy to find jobs in a country where they limit foreign employees. And yet i am still hopeful to get one good job prepared by God for me. For you, advise you to choose a healthy lifestyle and have a regular check-up. And most importantly nourish also your spiritual being for a holistic approach. :)

Why then did you go to that foreign country? My friend is about to go on the other end of the world only because she says she wants something new.I don't think it is worthy to destroy my health while working for 17 hours a day just in order to get enough money to be able to buy more things.Where are you and why did you go there?

Yes it is...Don't work too much just for material things but for the future . As they say "Save for the rainy days". But you don't have to work too much in sacrifice of your health. Your health is wealth so better take care of it.

I have had those times where I had gotten very sick. Part of it came from the job that I worked. Once I worked about 25-28 days in a row of rotating and long shifts, and only got the day off because I was too sick and weak. I literally did not know what day it was and because I broken my body down from not allowing any rest, I contracted a bad flu. So bad was this flu that a side of effect was the pink eye. Before that, it was almost impossible for me to get sick, but they thought I was invincible. More recently, I had several setbacks in my health after I had lost my job, and my apartment, and could not find work, amongst other things. The stress of it left me weak, and dealing with numerous issue, and a fifty pound weight loss (this weight loss was courtesy of malnutrition and starvation from being unable to buy food). I have recovered some, but I cannot go to the doctor because I have no insurance, so I am working on this myself. One of my goals was to go back to the gym, but I need my health to stabilize before I do that.

Yes, sometimes I feel I am too sick and tired that I want to lay down in bed for the whole day. Each time my period (monthly) is near, I am feeling like having fever and my body ache and I feel too lazy to do some works. I think it's natural for girls I am not sure for men if they have such experiences too (hehehe) have a good day
