It is time for Diwali Celebration !!!!!

Though we have many festivals in india, i personally enjoy diwali. We used to prepare ourself from a week before. My mom used to prepare delicious differnt types of sweets. We used to get different types of new dresses. On the day of diwali, we woke up early in the morning and we will take oil bath. We used burst crackers and enjoy. We greet our neighbourhood with sweets. My childhood diwali celebration are great memories.

I was born in the United States so I've never been able to celebrate Diwali in India. My parents always tell me about what they would do and it sounded like so much fun! Such a celebration. Can't really compare to here where all we do is have a Diwali party at someone's house. Our family gets together, we light some sparklers and have a feast. It's like of like when people gather for Christmas. I really do wish I will be able to go to India one day and celebrate. Right now I'm a student so I can never take off during Diwali time but hopefully when I'm out of school!
