My dog enjoys chasing cars and bikes!

I usually walk my dog with leash but sometimes when i feel lazy to walk i just let him go out alone during night time when there is very less traffic.When I am not near him he is very quiet and wont cause any problem to others.But as soon as he sees me on the road he starts behaving crazy and chase every vehicle that pass by.One thing that surprised me is that he easily catches up with vehicles that are around 50kph!That too in just a couple of second from the start of his chase.Dogs are really fast i guess.

Hi, the pic. is your dog? He looks good. I also like dog very much, esp. pomeranians and wolfhound. But I works in office almost one day and no enough time to be with he/her, so I have to give up the dream of having a dog at this step. Your little boy is amazing and I thought he just want you know he is really the best one, he can run faster than vehicles! But he do not make troubles if you're not near by, that means he is really a good boy! How luck you are!

hi, the dog you see on the right side is not my dog .It is the default pic of this interest group.My dog is an indian native dog/indian spitz mix.
When he chases the vehicle the people in the vehicle use foul language at me.So it is not funny at all.Also,he is actually trying to attack the vehicle like a predator.

no, I just found this massage was two months ago. Sorry for that at first. Then about your dog, ok, maybe you're right, he is native and spitz, however, he should always hope you can pay high attention with him, when you're together. Hope you can have more happiness :)

I have a dog that also loves to chase cars.
But I am afraid he might be hit or run by other vehicles.
So,I always watch my dogs when I go out.
They also knows how to open the gate and that gives me trouble.
That forces me to put chains on the gate or use a padlock so they can't open the door.

You mean your dog can open the gate by pushing/pulling it or can it open the barrel bolt of the gate?My dog never learnt to open that but he knows to open it by pushing the gate with his leg.What is your dog's breed?

Ya some dogs are very fast and be very active especially in front of their loved ones. I think Your dog loves you the most. I like dogs which are very active..

I guess dogs are generally active.I have raised only one dog in my life so i dont know about other dogs.I guess he gets the confidence to do anything he wants when i am near him.
