I'm just wondering if havaianas is also famous in other country..because it is really popular in my country.

I am actually surprise why it is a big hit in the Philippines. I haven't bought any of the products they sell but I see a lot of young people buying that expensive slippers. How it is different from the other slippers? Is it really that good or it is pricey?

It's just about marketing I think, they see celebrities wear it so people get curious. But actually the styles are quite good and I think maybe it is durable that's why many people patronize it.

Yes, here in Argentina they are very popular but quite expensive. I don't know exactly why are they so popular, but it seems every single soul has a pair of havaianas (but me, lol, I can't afford them) Are they expensive in your country?

Yeah it's quite expensive too in my country.It's around 800-1000 pesos which if you convert is around 20-25US dollars.

Yeah, same here, around 20 to 25 dollars. Which, compared to salaries, it's a lot of money to spend on flip flops.
