403 Forbidden error code when searching on MyLot

I have been using MyLot for a while now and recently I've tried using the search feature but have encountered a problem. I've submitted a query to MyLot admin and gotten no response, so it's time to ask the MyLot community and see if anyone else is having the same problem or if anyone has a solution. I type in a search term and click the search button and it comes up with search results okay. If I click on one of the non-sponsored search results, it takes me to the website as normal, but if I click on any of the first few "sponsored" search results at the top of the page, I get a page with this error code on it: Server Error 403 - Forbidden: Access is denied. You do not have permission to view this directory or page using the credentials that you supplied. It happens every time without fail. I am using a Mac laptop and Firefox browser but I get the same thing with the Mac Safari browser as well. So, are any of you having the same problem? Does anyone have a solution or tips that I can try? Any help would be appreciated.
