As you may be aware Hubpages and Triond are popular writing sites on the World Wide Web. However both are different in many ways. Triond is too liberal and gives maximum freedom to its writers whereas HubPages is too strict and restricts its writers with too many rules. In my opinion both have to change and maintain a balance in between too strict and too liberal, what do you say?

yes, I have been paid by Triond. The payout is $.50 and if you submit your PayPal address, they pay you promptly on the 10th of every month the amount that you made the month before. My first payment was $1.09. Good luck – it's a fun site to be on.

hi, andreyeurope , you can write on anything you like. Triond publishes whatever you write. There is absolutely no restrictions at all there. But if you want to publish on HubPages, you must read their rules and strictly follow them. Otherwise you won't get your article published on HubPages.

From what I heard, Hubpages page you per view, and you don't really have problem getting traffic as they have a community there. But Triond requires you to drive traffic to your own article after writing it. Im confuse now, which should I choose. But currently I am using Squidoo, I am thinking to write for another article website.

Hi Tenz, I think Squidoo is great too. I also write for Triond and Hubpages. I'm more active on Triond than the other two. I have more than 500 articles on Triond, but about 20 on Hubpages and only 3 Squidoo lenses. I feel that Squidoo is more fun to create, IF you have the time. For Triond, I write articles there easily, almost without thinking. I treat it like a blog where I write about anything and everything that interests me. Hubpages do pay better, I think it's about time that I write more for Hubpages. In all these sites, it is best you promote them to increase page views. It does take time to do this on a regular basis. But it is the only way to drive more traffic to your written materials.

I get many hits on Triond and when I was on hub pages I got almost no hits at all. I decided that hub pages was not worth it because it was more annoying to work with, more strict, less enjoyable, and the pay was not as good.so I took all my hub pages articles down.

I am not familiar with Triond, but I do have a Hubpages account. I have never been active there over the 3 or so years that I have had the account though as I prefer Squidoo for building web pages. I found that with Squidoo I could get a little bit more creative plus they have many more options for modules and a great community there as well.

Hi, Jaiho, HubPage is too strict and Triond is too Lenient. Both sites have to make changes if they want to grow further in future. Many writers left Hubpages as they are unhappy with the strict terms of Hubpages.I no want to give Squidoo a try. If you are a beginner, Triond is the best writing site.

Hi I am active on triond since two months. And I guess its good. And surely its not strict with the writing rules. I am member on hubpages too but still not posted single article their. As I am feeling still new in article writing I am not getting more ideas for the topic of articles.. So I guess currently Triond is enough for me. And as you mentioned Hubpages is little strict , so I guess I should wait and gain some experience as a article writer before going for hubpages. Thanks for sharing your experience.

I suggest you to post articles on Triond as of now. Hubpages is too strict these days and you will waste a lot of time if you post articles now as you are a beginner to article writing. People will lose interest to write on Hubpages as they are TOO strict.

Well.. I didn't posted a single article on hubpages so far. Not because of I know that there are some strict rules. But I think that as a starter I just continue with one only. But now as you told me about rules of hub pages i will not go for it now. I will follow your suggestion, after all you are an experienced user in article writing.

Actually, I think both extremes are important. Sometimes to express an ideal adequately, a professionally written document is in order, or if that is what the reader or client wants. However we shouldn't silence the voice and aspirations of those who may not be wordsmiths. I have no experience with Hubpages, but I do write for a site that demands quality and is quite strict like you describe. They do not hesitate to reject and request a re-write simply for a comma, or using rewrite instead of re-write. But I also write on Triond. In order to be successful, you have to write good articles that people enjoy reading. I see some grammatical and spelling errors in some of the articles there, but the message is not lost.

I've had a good experience with Triond, but I haven't really concentrated on my Hubpages account lately.
