Argos e-reader and WiFi

I am considering buying an Argos 70B e-reader. The descriptions says that this e-reader has WiFi, but I also read that many e-readers with WiFi can only access libraries which sell or lend e-books.
My question is:
Does the Argos 70B e-reader have a WiFi connection which only allows access to an e-book library or does it have access to all internet sites?

It is sad that I have no knowledge about this e-reader. However, since you are thinking of buying one, I believe that you have the right to a full disclosure as to what the e-reader has to offer you. You will have to make sure that it is what you want to have otherwise, you will be so very sorry about having made a wrong decision as regards the purchase.
