is prefering experience people is right thing?

hai friends. i competed my course and hunting the right job. i had the essential skills which are relevant to my course. but, where ever i go, fully experienced people are coming. the recruiters are prefering them and we are lossing the job. for this job qualification is fresher. they are recruiting experienced people. if it is continues, where freshers will get job?

I think that in this day and age, you have to remember that times are hard and companies just don't have enough time or money to be able to train people for their jobs anymore. For this reason, they need to employ people who already have the experience and knowledge to be able to do any job with any more training. It is a shame really, as a lot of people with tremendous potential aren't being able to get into the jobs which they would probably be able to do very well if they were just given the chance.
