Why he is doing those work when he is not being paid?
Or he is being paid but not enough to compensate his job...is that what you really mean?
If the boy is an orphaned, you can help him by putting him into any orphanages that can care for him, give him food and shelter and also proper education.
There are special education for special child like him.
Have a good day

I m juz curious...why is e boy doing that when he doesn't get paid? So he is basically trying to make sure that everyone gets a seat? I suppose pp normally don't bother to help cos they're trying to catch some sleep while they r on their way to work or cos they r tired after a long day at work? I believe that during peak periods, most pp r either rushing to work or they r off work. And students cld b on their way to school or going back home fm school? So, my answer is that it might not b that pp r not helping e boy. Neither r they unwilling to help.
