health is the wealth.we should fallow some tips and timetable to maintain our health.now adays all are working some are not taking proper food by time tiis will effect their health some are not drinking water properly when they are in office or in outside. my friend is working and she is staying in pg. in that pg they will bring morning breakfast that only they should take in lunch. in night times also she used to take tiffens only. is she maintain health properly? her health is good?

Eating that way is not proper.We should not skip meals because its needed by our body so that we have energy to perform all activities and things we have to in a day.
Of course we have to healthy meals.

Absolutely no... She is not getting proper protein in her diet..This is her growing stage of life. She requires more amounts of protein and as well as carbohydrate. In fact she is not even getting any vitamins which are very useful in daily life. If she continues like this she will sick very soon... Try to give some knowledge regarding diet like having a fruit daily, having complete meals etc.
