my notebook's TOUCHPAD not Tapping / myLot

Hi. I need some help with my ASUS EeePC Notebook. The touch pad is no longer tapping. It's can point but can't tap it. Please! I appreciate your help.

Hi, Try to install driver of touch pad. It must be on CD with the others drivers.

Thanks for the tip. It was just the tapping setting of the touchpad. It was left out unchecked.

First, I would just shut-down and restart the laptop. This will reload all the drivers in case something has become unresponsive. If that does not help, then check your touchpad settings.

I actually found out that the touch pad tapping setting was not checked. I was able to fix it. Thanks!

I suggest that you take it to a computer technician for necessary assistance. If you do trial by error which means trying to fix it up yourself, you might risk damaging the keyboard. Just go out and get some help. Other good folks who can assist here might just be by your side.
