We often bought an item. We also do not think for what the goods we bought. We just buy it without considering what the purpose of the item was for? Finally, we often regret having bought the goods are too expensive. If you are spouse, there can be strife between you and your husband or wife. Or if you are known by your parents to buy a stuff that are not helpful, you would be punished not get allowances and the like. Did you ever think when you bought an item and what if you didn't like the the stuff or didn't satisfy you ?

Hello there. Whenever I go out shopping, I keep a checklist on what to buy so that I won't be tempted to buy things that I don't really need. I think that helps too because you somehow find ways to discipline yourself from shopping too much. You can also share this on www.lifo.com with fellow girls. Girls in the site share their views on their interests such as beauty and fashion.

I hate shopping especially If I went with girls. They never stop staring at new stuff which is eye-catch to them. There are some girls strict with list, but there are some not too, they just follow their shopping sense without having to think what they should supposed to buy, they violate their rules because of their desire to get many stuff. They sometime bargain under price which sometime shocked me and my mother was the shopper I've ever had.
I agreed on you that it's better to make shopping list which can discipline us too.

There were times when we bought something that we did not like and still we might be doing the same. If I bought something that did not satisfy me, I would think of giving it to someone that likes it for free or as a gift because I think that one's trash can be someone else's treasure. So this way I don't have to worry too much about it.

I knew that we sometime bought stuff that we did not really need. Giving it to someone is humble. Thank you

Whenever that happens to me,
I will just try to like that item
because I have no choice.
Like when before, I bought a very cute
and beautiful skirt. I bought it impulsively.
But then after I got home, I realized I don't wear skirts.
I have no other choice because I bought it, so I'll just have
to like it and force myself to use it.
I used that skirt sometimes whenever I just feel
like wearing skirt.

I ever bought a t-shirt and wore a couple of time. Then, I stop wearing them because I just don't like the collar and gave it away. When I bought the item, they blinded me with their looks and finally bought them. I learned that I would not buy t-shirt if I didn't have to. Thank you.
