Watch out those scholarship and better student loan scam

When my cousin was looking for a better scholarship, and student loan option, there is a scam pops up in his mail, which he share with us, and ask our opinion about it. I think that is total scam, because they will ask for a one time fee of $1200, which they claim to guarantee my cousin will qualify for a scholarship which will pay at least half of his tuition expenses; plus a low interest rate student loan that help the rest. With the rising cost of college expenses, those "Sweet deal" scam can be seen anywhere, but do not fall for it.
