health tips

hello guys!!!everyday is a special day to me.i love to watch all people around and they do too.i am happy with myself cause i feel free from everything..like good heath!!!i always take care myself..everytime i eat,i alaways watch what i eat. i dont eat the foods that i know not good to my health..it seems to me i am poisoning my ownself.i sleep early as soon as i can and eat fresh vegetables and frutis. here is my tips to all guys wants to be healthy too. 1.you must have eat heathy diet 2.you must have a healthy lifestyle 3.positive mental attitude 4.take food suplements for our immune system. thats it. how about you..do you have a pillars of health to become healthy everyday?

The problem is although i know something that is bad to the health, still I couldnot ensure to not do it, such as staying late at night, having meat a lot.. Maybe I should learn a lot to live a more healthy life.

My tips become healthy. 1. drink plenty of water 2. consumption of nutritious food 3. less fried food 4. exercise regularly 5. do not smoke 6. and positive thingking
