How to Uninstall Acer Arcade Deluxe?

SO anyone who has a Acer computer knows Acer Arcade Deluxe. Well, I want to know how to uninstall it. It always randomly pops up out of nowhere and freezes my entire computer! It`s not even that good! I`ve tried clicking delete, going to my programs, right clicking it and pressing uninstall, none of it works! Any tips? Thanks!
