Belief to me is a collection and organization of beliefs prevalent in a community or society. They come down through generations and are what everyone of a certain area believes. They can be social, religious or even folk lore. A back ground or history of a community or society.

Our life goes on belief only. According to me "God is also a kind of belief". If u think any thing with great belief definetly you will get.

I can say I have belief in my self because I'm sure of what I Am but I can also say I believe in what I can do and that is a form of belief in it self[ sorry I'm going in circles]but a belief can also be an ingrained thought put into our minds since childhood like religion for example among other things! now if one believe in something with your whole being would that make it happen? I don't know I guess it depends how much you want it and how real your wish is! nothing happens for the sake of it/ or wish...most of the time we have to work for it.

Belief is a strong conviction that something is true or will happen. That conviction can be a tangible thing that can be proven, such as "I believe that Team A will be victorious over Team B" or it can be a conviction not based on proof. "I believe in God" is a conviction, the existence of God cannot be definitively proven, especially to those who don't believe. But it is a belief none-the-less. Which is different than faith, as faith is a belief in a concept.
