How to Increase Twitter Follwer?

I'm having trouble of adding my follower because I cannot add follower due to my 2k following. I want to remove those member that don't follow but I don't know how. How to identify who following vs follower? Is there any tools to do that removing and adding?

Hello friend, you know what, I have a twitter but I don't go a lot maybe each four weeks, and I just don't follow anybody. What is the benefit of increasing twitter follower could you tell me?

Having many followers means you have a lot of friends to chat with, usually twitter is design for mobile that's why it is up to 140 characters only. So the main purpose of having a lot of followers is that it could probably increase your popularity or visibility online every time you share a stories or post via tweets. There are a lot of benefits of having a lot of followers in most businesses twitter is one of the effective to reach people better than Facebook because of its feature that can add many followers as you want.

Several applications can help you to do this. Personally, I am using the free version of manageflitter, and I check once a month my unfollowers to remove them eventually at http://who.unfollowed.me

@seriousnuts Is there any option on adding or inviting people through email list just like in facebook. I think that might be effective to grow your followers on twitter.
