I recently downloaded the updated version of Microsoft Visual basic e- book, and in hope to catch up with what I miss for all these years of without learning visual basic. I remember when I was in college, that is the first programming I learn, and it was fun. After I graduated from college, I ended up doing something totally different from programming, landing on a job out of the range of what I studied. Now, I wanted to catch up what I didn't learn from visual basic, so I downloaded an e-book from online, pretty useful and easy to understand. The only issue now I have just to get a free version of software of visual basic, can anyone suggest me where can I get one for free?

I love Visual basic too when I was in college but have completely forgotten all about it now... I worked on different fields and have never worked as a programmer. I do think there are pirated ones that you can buy in some small shops, my brother used to buy such before... and it will not cost you a lot.
