Coffee makes me sleep

A lot of people say,drinking coffee at night makes them sleepless.While I can't sleep at night without having a cup of coffee.. Does that mean there's something wrong with me??How about you??Can you sleep better after having a cup of coffee at night or makes you sleepless..???

hat type of coffee did you drink? it's strange, cause i drink coffee and i can't sleep, most of people like me too.

hmm, like other response, maybe something on your coffee make that. actually, i drink pure coffee. but i not recomendad to you cause it too strong.

no no its absolulty fine.Let me explain you.coffee consist of a substance called caffiene which have a tendensy of exciting the nervous system of our body .You might have noticed the fact that we kind of feel drained out of energy after we have watched an enthralling football game or a movie do horrifying that it nearly took a grip of you at that time you are so excited that all of your energy is directed to fullfill the requirement of excitement,Its simple that excited state require energy to be continued for a long time and when we reach to a state of relaxation then that loss of energy feel to us as if v are drained out

there's nothing wrong with you,maybe you need high dose of coffe for you not to be able to sleep.LOL. when i was in college and have had exams i drank coffe but still it made me sleepy, and when i decided to sleep, the sleepiness just vanished and i stayed awake until dawn. but now, i can sleep with coffe before bedtime.:)

i guess your system is adapted that way and you feel like having coffee before going to sleep.its not the caffeine which is causing you to sleep but your unconscious that tells you to have coffee for a proper sleep.there is nothing wrong in this practice,just don't overfill yourself with a huge mug of coffee before sleeping as its an extra high dose of sugar and unrequired calories.
