a very negative employee..

Do you have an officemate who is so negative in all things happen around his/her? What ever news and people come create a negative story just to have something to share or say? I hate it knowing there are really some people/employee who are like that. What worse everyday or everything she has something to react negatively. Even the company who happen to be the bread and butter of her family and life she thinks so negative. And if your stupid enough then maybe you'll be affected and its some how an infectious or contigious. I was wondering how to stop this people in which doesn't know how to listen with the others. All they ever heard is themselves. Oh God touch there heart and wake them up to realize things and troubles they have cost.

I say that you must prevent to interact with this kind of employee or you will ruined your day because of his negativity, but if you cannot prevent it then maybe sometimes if he/she complaint about something why don't you tell him straightly to just quit what he does, so that he will stop complaining about anything. Honestly it is annoying to have a co-worker like that!

No matter what you do to her she will never stop. The more she will create more negative talks about others adn the worse of the company

Well I dont have such co workers thankfully but I have a relative ! Oh man.. talkin to her makes you feel the world is full of eveil.. it is so depressing.. you feel so sorry for everything around you and maybe even filled with self pity ! Then the moment she moves away. ther is light!! you just come out of it and hapiness s restored. They speak with so much emotions that you do get carried away.. Adn whats worse , this fault finding never makes anyone happy.. Not only is this the question of not being contented with what we have but this is extension of finding fault in everything!!! such people are viruses and we need to stay away from them and just hear with the mind switched off!!

they are somehow a virus Ya i agree with you better stay away with this kind of people.
