MTV EMA..free!!

I am so unbelievably excited!! As most of you may know the MTV EMA’s are coming to the Odyssey in Belfast, Northern Ireland! The line up is incredible and I am really lucky that the place I work, a large format print and exhibition company, has been chosen to do the graphics. So already have seen a lot of the stuff that’s going to be at it, and by the power of the wonderful Twitter have heard about the lineup! Alas, they are not selling tickets to the EMA’s.. it’s by competition win only, but I’ve entered plenty of them anyway lol!!! BUT THEN!! The EMA’s announced 2 other locations for where performances are being held, and then beamed live into the EMA main stadium! .. one of the locations is called the Ulster Hall, where the Red Hot Chilli Peppers will play for an hour, with tickets priced at £44 or so.. not really my cup of tea! What was my cup of tea though, is the FREE TICKETS, they were handing out to the other location, The Belfast City Hall! With one of my favourite bands in the world Snow Patrol playing at it! They are actually also from Northern Ireland, and I haven’t missed one of their concerts yet! .. also the band Boyce Avenue and none other than Jason Derulo will be performing at this gig! They had 15,000 tickets to hand out, from 8pm in town, on a first come first serve basis and I am now the proud owner of two tickets! I am soooo excited! But the difference in price astounds me! People WIN tickets to the actual award show.. they give away tickets to another show.. but charge £44 to the 3rd show? What do you think of this?
