My friend has a lovely garden and she would like to know if she can make home made perfume. Is it possible and how to do it? Please give details if you are knowledgable.

Never made one myself but have always wanted to but never got round to it. There are several videos and internet sites online that explain how to make perfume. I am linking one below as an aid there are several others that may give you some insight

This is something I found how to do it. It is said that this how to make perfume from flowers of our garden. Well here's the step if they are helpful.....
1. Find a flower or flowers desired to smell like. 1-1 1/2 cups of flower petals will work best. Make sure these flowers are pesticide-free.
2. Wash the flower petals, removing all dirt and other possible contaminates.
3. Put two cups of distilled water in an aluminum pan. Making our own distilled water can be done. All it is to do is boil water and collect the steam. The steam will turn into distilled water.
4. Put the petals into the pan. Work the water into a just-below-boiling simmer. Don't to cook the flowers. This will ruin the scent.
5. Let contents simmer for about two hours. Check periodically to make sure that pot isn't boiling over and that we haven't run out of water.
6. Turn off the heat. Let the contents cool.
7. Strain contents through cheesecloth until all the solid bits are gone.
8. Put the perfume in a bottle or other storage device.
9. That's it its done. Use as normal.
Did this help? Hopefully it did.
