Hello MyLotters :D LEts get right to the point... I am a smoker and cant quit smoking. I have friends that did drugs and now they are clean. You know how on TV and newspapers there are people saying how hard it is to stop using drugs and I am talking about serious drugs, not light drugs. I think to stop drinking is hard too. If there is someone who used drugs or drunk and is a smoker can you please tell me which one is the hardest to quit.

I'm gonna have to say SMOKING.....addictions are all bad, besides health risks smoking presents no immediate harmful effects both mentally and physically, smokers have no criminal liability, and accessibility is also a major factor why it's so hard to quit smoking and I'm basing my conclusion from observation and knowing someone who despite battling lung cancer and going through series of chemotherapy, still smokes over a pack a day......kinda wondering too how come there's no SMOKERS ANONYMOUS?

I have been asking myself the same question... If I have a disease from smoking would I quit smoking and for now the answer is NO I wont. Hope I will never have to find out. Actually there are some communities that help each other to quit smoking but dont really know if this helps :D
