Hi, I just wanted to ask a question about paypal. I don't think it is going to work anymore. I wanted to ask a question about paypal, if they can return my money back if someone doesn't give me anything I paid for. I was looking through their page for the "we are not responsible for the seller to not sending your product you bought from them" thing and I read you could. MAN, I saw you can but only up to 45 days... The one that never sent my item I bought from them (not from ebay), has been in the middle of I think, April 2011 and 2 month ago... Is there a way to convince paypal....Maybe anyone here tried to make dispute that has been way over 45 days and paypal made an exception. The only reason I took this long was because it takes time for what I bought to be made and sent to me. Until now, I decided to contact those people and they stopped replying to me...I was like man...I know for a 95% paypal won't do anything but 5% the may be understanding people and will make an exception for a delayed dispute (that's been over 45 days, I mean). Does anyone here know if I can get do something about it... I think not but I hope so...I'm going to try it.... MAN!! Thanks

In my personal experience, I don't think you'll be able to get that refund. As you said, the estimated or required time has passed by and I think, under anybody's criteria 45 is way too much time for a package not to be delivered in time, you should've created the dispute at around when 30 days had passed by at the latest.

I hope you haven't lost much money on this "purchase". There was a guy who wanted to open a dispute with over 45 days, but as far as I know he couldn't find a solution to do that.
