Yes a first pregnancy can be scary at times. I know I was frightened as well and just learned along the way with the both of mine.
It is no longer just caring about ourselves as we not have to care for a mother human being. Don't be afraid to ask questions and remember just doing the best you can as a parent and not being afraid to make decisions with the baby's best interest at heart. Congratulations and hope all goes well.

Congratulations! Dont be scared now. Its when they get older they can get kind of scary. There's nothing like the joy of a baby. I wish you all the best.

lol isn't that the truth..I remember the teen years I didn't know what had happened to my precious child. When my second child started 'mouthing off' in teen fashion I just burst out laughing...knowing I had been there done that and I can handle it... She was not amused...

Trust me this is the beginning to your new life. Children are gifts to us. Just make sure you are at least 3 months along before you start collecting things for your baby. It is a superstitious thing with mothers. Make sure you take your prenatal vitamins and enjoy the way your body is going to change. Even the way you smell things will change. It is exciting. Plus take lots of pictures for the baby book!

Congrats!
It is scary for first timer and also exciting.
I remember my first pregnancy.
I am too excited and a little bit scared for I don't know what will happen when the baby grows inside my womb.

Hi! WOW--congratulations! I do hope that everything will go smoothly for you both! Has the news sunk in? I remember it took me a while to get used to the idea but after a while, it sunk in. :-)
Do you know what you are going to do? Can I make some suggestions?

Congratulations! Don't be scared! It is one of the best things you'll ever experience. You'd be surprised how naturally it comes. And even if it doesn't come as naturally you do learn. I had a lot of daycare background when I had my first child and there was still stuff I didn't know but you learn to do what works for you.

Congratulations on the news that you are pregnant. Being a first time mom to be can be a bit scary at first and those hormonal changes can give more emotion than normal. Soon hopefully you will get used to the idea and look forward to the birth of your baby. In pregnancy at 12 weeks, 20 weeks and later on it can be very enjoyable to have ultrasound scans. Then you will actually be able to see your dear little baby. I had my first pregnancy at age 22 years old. Then I went to go have my second baby at age 34 years old and my daughter at 36 years old. Good luck to you and I hope you will soon feel happy and delighted.

i can imagine that it might seem a little scary if you're thinking about everything that is going to happen over some time but there is a lot of time for all of those things to happen, it isnt all just going to happen at the same time. Just enjoy all asspects of pregnancy, birth and raising a child, even the tougher parts because it will all only last so long before it is a memory that you can happily look back on and see how amazing everything really was.
