i have lost weight 15kg in just a month!and after that 4 months i never grow fat again and i'm healthy,i think its a easy way to lose weight through my way.
1.7:30am :have a cup of water some bread or cakes and some vegetables as much as u can but no meat,cream,butter or sth higher calorific power
2.12am:have tomatoes and cucumbers as much as u can,they don't have much calorific,but by eating this u can hardly feel hungery.
3.4pm:have a banana that bring u energy
4.5pm:about 250ml milk
5.after 5pm:aftter the milk u have all the food u can have in all ur day,when u r hungery again,just have a cup of honey water but remember do not more than 2 spoons of honey in a day,through having the honey water u'll be not that hungery
6.besides all of up 5 tips,u must stike to having about over 1 hours' walk or other exercises,that will make sure u r healthy and be faster of losing weight
though the first 2 days are difffcuit,but after that u will lose weight quickly

That is incredible! You are so great , I determined to lose weight servel times ,but, I always gave up in the half way ,it is so hard . So I really admire you .

yeah,it's really hard at its beginning,but after about a week,it comes easy,just follow ur plan and stike to it for a time,i think my way is easy because u seldom feel hungery during losing weight,if u want to lose weight and have any problems about this,tell me,i'll give u my suggestions

Congratulations; it's great that you've lost that much weight & so fast! Please be careful, though. It sounds like you might not be getting enough protein or calcium. You might want to have a protein drink and/or some milk.
I'm a vegetarian, not sure if you are. If you are a vegetarian, you can eat soybean hamburgers, bacon, sausage, etc., or eat eggs. The soy-food doesn't taste that great, but it can help you feel full & keep you from getting super-weak like I used to when I didn't eat any meat or any meat substitutes. Good luck keeping the weight off. Sounds like you're doing a great job!
