Ooh yes, m too. The first thing I do as soon as I open my eyes is check facebook on my phone. Even if I have no notifications, I waste my time looking at the news feeds. This has got to stop, seriously!

I know right. If exercising were even half as appealing as facebook, that would be a bliss.

Hi Emjay!
Is that why you haven't been logging here??? Well, I think it's okay to be addicted to Facebook as long as it's not making you stop from doing the things you need to do, like work or studies or chores. But if it does, and if it makes you stay up so late at night, then that's an addiction you really have to minimize.
Try to find something else to do that really interests you aside from the internet and computer. Try to get busy with something else. I'm sure after a while, your addiction to Facebook will decrease. That's what happens to me when I stay out of the computer for a few days or so.

Maybe if you can find someone who can exercise with you, then you might just have the drive to leave the internet.

Yeah secretbear. It's been a while since I logged in here. I get hooked with facebook. I am not doing anything important though. Oh man! I just wish I have the drive and perseverance to exercise. I find it more productive than being on the net.

I guess it is up to you to decide if you are truly addicted to Facebook and whether you need to cut back on the time you spend there. It may be an idea not to turn the computer on until later in the day and find another pleasant activity to do instead. I find the best way to break a habit is to replace it with another. Good luck with it!

You do need to find a better habit than facebook. I personally am not a big fan of facebook. Now that I am older I don't want everyone in the world knowing about everything in my life so I don't ever go on there, thank goodness. I think being here is WAY more fun and interesting!

Play with Facebook. Do not let Facebook play you. Learn to balance your time. Do not waste your time revolving on Facebook. learn to shift your attention. There are other activities which are more fun than logging-in in Facebook.

Are you doing anything about it already?
I do so as well but I'm not that urged to log in every single day at every single moment.
