In the Philippines, people are now more open-minded about the gay community. They are accepted and treated just like men and women. I guess it's because gays are responsible people and productive. Most of them work hard to earn and serve their families. How about in your country?

In Denmark gay couples are accepted and they have almost the same rights as heterosexual couples. The only exception is the place where they can get married. Heterosexual couples can choose between the church and the townhall when they want to get married, but gay couples can only get married at the townhall. If gay couples are married they able to adopt a child. The law that enables them to adopt children are still very new, and I don't know if there are any gay couples who have adopted children so far, but it became possible two years ago. Gay couples can also get pregnant by insemination, that is also allowed. One of my friend is a lesbian, she and her wife have two children, and she became pregnant by insemination.

I think this WHERE EVER you live. You will always have some people that feel like it is wrong, or it is a sin. I have no problem with them and hate that they have to go through what they go through, but on the the other hand, there is always someone with that negativity and hatred.

Yes it's true gays are now getting accepted in most countries. I never had a problem with gay people, I sometimes prefer to befriend gays than straight girls. I find it more fun and enjoyable to have gays around.
