Why I can't send friend request?

Hi, Mylotters!
I created a new Facebook account two days ago. I created it because I want to sell my things on my Facebook account. actually I already have had a Facebook account but I want to separate my private account (which I use to have contact with my friends and relatives), and the other I use to be my online shop to display my collection. when I got started, I sent some friend request to people I don't know. and after few friend requests, Facebook didn't allow me to make more friend requests. The warning is like this "Do you know this user personally? To prevent the misuse of Facebook, this request can't be sent. Please visit the help center. If you believe you're seeing this message in error, you can report the problem". I have sent a complain to Facebook but my problem still occurs till today. What is actually happened to my Facebook account? Do I make a violence to Facebook? What should I do to make me able to send friend request to Facebook members? Well, one of the things that I think that you have to be really careful about when using facebook is requesting to be friends with people that you don't know because people can complain about individuals that they don't know requesting to be their friends as a lot of those people are spammers.
With that said, I really don't think that facebook is the best way that you can sell your things. Instead, you should try Craig's List or something like that so that people will not feel like they are being spammed.

I usually shop on those online shops but today I become the seller, yeah you're right, I feel great..LOL..but I was unlucky cos I have big problem with my online shop account so I only get few friends for my online shop. but I hope my problem will be solved soon so I can develop my business..:)

yeah..now I know how Facebook works. I never think about it before. yeah, I always ignore anything and being aware just when the problem kicks me..
by having this problem at least I have new experience that knowing, understanding and paying attention to something more carefully is important to make life easier. I display my stuffs on Facebook cos most of my friends are on Facebook. of course I don't hope that my customers are only my friends. in my place it's so common sell something via Facebook and it works good enough..moreover O don't know about Craig's List..LOL..

I think it is because of two reasons:
- You were making too much friend requests in a day, and
- Your friend requests had been rejected by much people (well, it is normal since they don't know you) and they make report to Facebook that "they don't know you" as well.. If too much people reported it, you'll be flagged by Facebook as spammer (spamming - in term of adding friends wildly)
Well, you should be able to send another friend request in next week, but it will be useless if those two reasons above occur again. You will get another temporal suspension of adding friends..
To solve this problem,
Just logged in with your Facebook primary account, and suggest your friends to be friend with your Shop account.
Or you may create your own Facebook pages and ask people to give like/join your page..

LOL..you made me laugh with all of your opinion here. no..no..not because you're ridiculous or something, no..no..absolutely not. it because you're so true with all of your opinion. I said something bad about Facebook whereas it has given me a lot of advantages, like "connected with people in MY LIFE"..LOL. and when I want to get another advantages from it once more but I got stuck and then I was so angry directly. ya, sure, it's not fair at all fro Facebook..you know what you're opinion helps me so much and I really did your suggestion. about greedy, mmm..I don't think so, cos I don't feel it at all cos money is not everything, really it's true about me. but about patience, YEEESSSS, you're sooooo right..!!!

I complained to Facebook once about my password and they never answered. I know Facebook limits how may friend requests you can issue with a time frame. They were doing this with a lot of people playing games like Farmville or Mafia Wars. I think that if you wait they may eventually let you issue more requests.

yeah, it's happened once in my life. I mean I never had problem like this before when I got started with Facebook in 2008. some of my friends said like what you said that the punishment will be ended after about a week. so what I can do now is only waiting..
..I hope my problem will end soon so I can build my online business sooner too..wish me luck, dear friend..

yeah Adhyz you're right..today I have been able to send friend request again. but I don't know why I keep feeling unsecured, maybe I have a little trauma..LOL..I tried to send request yesterday and I got only two friend requests. and when I wanted more Facebook denied it. yeah, we should be very patient in dealing with this kind of problem rite? wish me luck Adhyz..^__^

I created an account to display my things. I sell many things from clothes to bed sheets. I intended to use the account as the tool to promote my things to all people around the world. actually it's a personal account but I use it to display my things to sell. is it a problem for Facebook? but many people do same activity like I did, and they're just fine with that..
