work : he always leave his job when we have guest

I do not understand why every time a visitor came from the government, the leader of the company where I am working now went out or liked removing himself or leave the job, especially if the guest came from taxation. He always ordered me in order not show any document to their side. I'm just confused why he always imposes his responsibility on me to serve the government.
Well, what I think he should be there when the important visitors were coming. From your side, what do you think ?

Yeah, they won't stop asking money if we ran away. So, we have to seriously talk face to face, to eliminate the problem, before the company get into serious problem. Thank to join mylot

Hi sijabatnaburjut,
Government taxes sometimes give headache to company owners. That is why when the government official visits the company, the owner or manager would usually exit from the scene and not face the visitor. The manager assign the task of receiving the visitor to another employee. This kind of behavior is unprofessional. Maybe he is hiding something. The guest from taxation is also an employee of the government and he needs to be respected. This guest needs to do his job, maybe, make a report about the book of accounts of the company. So, if the company is not hiding something, then, the manager should be responsible enough to accommodate the guest from taxation.

I thought that he's not a good leader who does not have any responsibility at all, and there is no reason to leave the government. The company does not hide anything from the government, he's just a little bit cowardly person. I think an employer should be able to do more than just to rule his/her employee.

I think your boss is not a consistent person and responsibility for their work. hir prefers to go than on serving the guests. then responsibility is provided to you, boss is not the task of giving direction a good example to staff. I think you tell guests that come to your place, that you have a boss is lazy and just want money.
