Gun issue still around us

As you might heard on local news, people bring out guns and shoot at others without second thought, due to anger of the moment, and revengeful thought of the moment. Some children even bring guns to school to threaten other students too, since they don't know the serious results of those guns can cause. The question still existed, how is so easy to access gun? How can you evaluate which person is qualified to possess a firearm, and which one would most likely lost control of it? There is one club I visited, last week, a lady work there told me that at their parking lot, a shoot out happen, due to 2 persons fight, and they bring it out to the parking lot, and a gun was shot that night. What do you think of it?
